Peradi bagikan daging kurban kepada ratusan warga
Peradi, or the Indonesian Advocates Association, recently distributed sacrificial meat to hundreds of residents in need as part of their annual qurban, or animal sacrifice, program. The distribution took place in various locations across the country, providing much-needed support to those who may not have been able to afford meat for the Eid al-Adha celebrations.
The act of qurban is a religious obligation for Muslims during the annual Eid al-Adha festival, where an animal is sacrificed and the meat is distributed among family, friends, and those in need. This year, Peradi took it upon themselves to ensure that no one in their community would go without meat during this important time.
The distribution of the sacrificial meat was met with gratitude and appreciation from the recipients, many of whom expressed their thanks to Peradi for their generosity. One resident, who preferred to remain anonymous, said, “I am so thankful to Peradi for providing us with this meat. It means so much to me and my family, especially during this time of celebration.”
The President of Peradi, Agus Rahardjo, emphasized the importance of giving back to the community and helping those in need. He stated, “It is our duty as Muslims to support those who are less fortunate than us, especially during times of celebration. We hope that our efforts will bring joy and relief to those who receive the sacrificial meat.”
Peradi’s qurban program is just one of the many initiatives that the organization undertakes to give back to the community and support those in need. Through their actions, they set an example for others to follow and inspire a spirit of generosity and compassion.
In a world where many are struggling to make ends meet, the actions of Peradi serve as a reminder that there is always a way to help those in need, no matter how big or small the gesture may be. By coming together as a community and supporting one another, we can create a better and more compassionate society for all.
